Friday 10/22 - Away game at Sun Valley - Travel timeline to follow from Mr. Whisler

• We will not be performing Echoes at Sun Valley
• This will be a pep band event
  • Guard and Pit are invited to attend, but are not required to attend

Saturday 10/23 - Competition at Wilson High School

This is a new venue for the band. We have never performed at Wilson so I cannot give too many details about the campus. This show will also be a little different in our timeline as it is (excluding championships at Hershey) our longest travel of the season.

• 1:15 - Rehearsal at KHS
• 2:30 - EPL
• 3:30 - Depart
• 5:15 - Arrive, build props, eat. Due to our late performance time, we are giving members the time to enter the stadium and go to the snack shack pre-performance.
• 6:45 - In uniform with equipment - move to warmup
• 7:00 - Warmup
• 7:45 - Pit to gate
• 7:50 - Hornline, drumline, guard to gate
• 8:00 - Gate
• 8:15 - Echoes
• 9:35 - Awards
• 10:00 - Depart for home
• 11:45 - Arrive at KHS
