Monday / Wednesday
Rehearsal will be on the lower field with ensemble ending at sundown due to other night games in the stadium.  After sunset, we will go to sectionals.  With the threat of rain on both nights sectionals may be inside.  On the plus side, we have known about these stadium conflicts since last year and if it is has to rain on a rehearsal, these are the ones that we can afford to have rained out.

Friday
Before school - Pep band (limited) through the halls.  Nate and Avery will invite you to be a part of this.  We try to limit it to seniors.

Pep Rally:
1:31 PM - report to band room and move directly to stadium with instruments.
They will use recorded music for the students/teams entrances.
We have been asked to provide exit music and possibly fill in some of the dead space.  There may be tunes we start and then stop shorter than normal.  Hey song, 1000 dances, opening of crazy train, Respect, etc...

5:00 PM - Report
Preset home bleachers, dress, set props - frames for props will already be in the stadium
5:40 PM - Set parade block
6:00 PM - Parade step off
6:25 PM? - Parade returns to KHS - band moves to stadium
6:40 PM - Great Valley band plays pregame????
6:57 PM - Anthem
7:00 PM - Kickoff
8:15 approx - Head to Spain
Post show - Pit clears, front screens clear, backdrops clear - all else form an arc 40 to 40 yard line behind homecoming court.

Monday - Rehearsal - Semper Gumby!  Be prepared for indoor or outdoor rehearsal or a mix of both.  As of this writing, the weather forecast is that totally unpredictable 25-50% chance of showers or pop up storms.
If we are outside we will be working on 1 and/or 5.

Wednesday - school closed

Thursday - Rehearsal - we may try to do a partial load of truck and trailer Thursday night.  Stay tuned.

Friday - Away game at Sun Valley HS - All in full uniform - We perform half time
3:55 Report - finish load
4:55 Depart
5:45 Arrive at Sun Valley - preset stands, unload
6:00 Warm-up
6:40 Watch Sun Valley perform pre-game
7:00 Kickoff
8:15 approx - we play halftime.
9:30 end of game
10:30 Home at KHS - We will *NOT* unload anything Friday night.

Saturday - First competition at Ridley HS!!!!!!
Noon - Report and light rehearsal
1:00 - EPL (Eat/Pack/Load)
2:15 - Depart
3:15 - Arrive at Ridley - dress, restroom, assemble props
4:00 - Warmup
4:50 - Move to Gate
5:05 - Gate
5:15 - Take the audience and judges to spain
8:45 - Performance by home band
9:15 - Awards
9:45 - Depart for home
10:30 - Arrive at KHS - unload

Wednesday - rehearsal 6:00 to 8:30 PM - we might get wet....prepare to be outside if it is at all possible.  i.e. light rain/no lightning

Friday - Home game hosting West Chester Rustin - They are bringing there 50 person band rain or shine.  If rain, neither band will perform field show but both will pep band it up!  The timeline below will be the same whether or not we perform the show.  If both or either band can perform, KHS will play pregame and WC Rustin will play halftime.
5:15 - Report - Prestage/build props, move pit, pre-set home stands
6:00 - Warm-up
6:35 - Gate
6:40 - KHS Plays Pre-game
6:55 -  in Stands
6:56 - Old Kennett
6:57 - National Anthem

Saturday - is a practice day that has been on the schedule since March.  Please stay tuned for more info on what sections need to be at practice on Saturday and when.

The schedule for Thursday and Friday is subject to change dependent on the weather.  We appreciate your flexibility!

Thursday:

Scenario 1 - It has been raining all day and rain is predicted to continue.
We will be in rain gear and pep banding in the stands

Scenario 2 - The rain looks like it will hold off until at least half time.

6:45 in stands
6:56 - Old Kennett

KHS Plays Half time

Scenario 3 - The rain has held off but it will be raining by halftime

5:35 - Butts in seats bus to parade route
