Attire is full uniform/space suits for guard.  You may tastefully decorate your uniform/instrument in Blue/White for the parade.  Any decoration cannot interfere with your ability to perform.

Scores, comments, and video from the Downingtown West competition are now available.
You will be expected to discuss positive and negative comments from judges as related to your section at Monday's rehearsal.

This game will be our first in uniform.  A reminder that your uniform includes your hat, plume, jacket, pants, socks BLACK, drillmasters, gauntlets, gloves, and blue member's shirt.  We will let you take off the uniform jackets,  if the weather is warm enough...but only if you have your member shirts on under it.

Guard - you will be wearing your super space suits from last season.  We will not be in our competition uniforms yet.

We are also requesting the hornline and drumline to bring their hats, plumes, and uniform jackets to rehearsal Monday night.  We will only be using them for the runthrough, but we want to give everyone the experience of what it will be like to perform with those on before Friday's show.

Wednesday
Rehearsal 6:00 to 8:30

Friday
We are not attending the away game Friday night.  Instead, we will be having a rehearsal, then a parade, then some more rehearsal, and you will still be home about 2 hours before you would if we went to the game.

3:00 to 3:45 - Parade rehearsal in stadium.  Pit moves to stadium
3:45 to 4:55 - Show rehearsal in stadium
5:00 to 5:35 - dinner in cafeteria.  Pizza/chips/water provided by Friends of Music
5:40 to board buses for parade - pit will either carry banner/bells/cymbals or will stay behind at KHS to monitor the equipment left on the field
6:00 - Parade step off
6:45/7:00 - approximate return to KHS and evening rehearsal on field
7:00 to 8:30 - Rehearsal

Weather will continue to be hot.  You are encouraged to bring your water jugs to rehearsal.  You will not be able to have them on the parade route, but you could leave them on the buses.

"Uniform" for the parade is band t-shirts/shorts/athletic shoes.
