Neither band is performing a show; neither band will be in uniform.  Outer layer "uniform" can be either a band jacket or parka.

Score sheets and judge commentary from Championships at West Chester are now available.  We will show the video at Festivus.

Friday Post show - load the trailer.  We may do a full load of the box truck post game to expedite Saturday.

8:15 AM - Report - Load Box truck, load battery, load sousaphones
9:00 AM - Depart for WCU
9:30 AM - Arrive WCU - dress, stage props, ladders, unload

4:30 PM - approx arrival at KHS.
After we perform, we have about another 30-45 minutes of business to deal with.  We have to get group pictures and load everything up before moving back into the stadium.

Participating band members will be allowed to sit on the HOME side to the extreme left or right of the stadium.  Center is reserved for paying audience.  When we returning to the stands, you will be going in to watch the absolute smallest bands in Cavalcade - 39 members or less.  Some of these groups are exceptionally good.  That being said, they produce much much less sound than we do.  If you are going to be in the stands, it is expected you will listen and be an awesome audience for them.  They want to have a great championship run in front of a crowd that doesn't talk over their performance.
