- This is a change from the schedule posted in the handbook.  The change is due to the Field Hockey playoff game.  If you can make it, great.  If you can't, I understand.  We only have 4 rehearsals remaining, so please do your best to attend the rehearsal.

• Around 3 minutes remaining in the 2nd Quarter, SENIOR FAMILY MEMBERS need to report to the track by concessions.  Jennifer Armstrong will be there to assist.
• ATTENTION!!!  We NEED parents to sell Chick-Fil-A and spirit wear while the senior parents are being recognized.  It’s super easy and you do not need to help the whole game, just the end of the 2nd Quarter, Halftime, and 3rd Quarter.  You will miss the show, however missing the show will provide an opportunity for the senior parents to see their kids final performance at Kennett Stadium.
• SENIOR NIGHT HALFTIME SHOW
  • The band will perform “Notes from the Underground”
  • Senior Parents can watch from the track
  • Band will clear the field and support senior recognition from the sideline between the 40 year lines.
  • Senior Family will enter from the 40 yard-line, shake hands with Mr. Whisler, Jen Armstrong, and a KHS representative.  Pause for a very quick picture and proceed to the 40 yard-line.  Ms. Clark will be helping family members lineup.
• After all the seniors have been recognized the non-senior woodwinds and brass need to move the props back to storage.  Non-senior Front Ensemble will be responsible for cleaning up and putting away the FE equipment.
• Beginning of 4th Quarter “Hey Song” - all non-front ensemble members are required to be in the stands before we start playing.

Spectator Information
Tickets: Tickets are $12 for General Admission and $8 for Students & Senior Citizens

• Gates Open at 5:30, Kennett performs at 6:45

Concessions: Concessions are located at a stand behind the main stadium.
Restrooms: Restrooms are available near the concession stand.

• Please bring money for concessions, all the money goes to Unionville’s Marching Band
  
• You are expected to be on your best behavior when a band is performing.

Last week was fun and super productive!  I'm looking forward to keeping that momentum going.  We are at around 40% complete with only 5 weeks remaining.  Lots to do, little time...

We will be performing pregame (approximately 6:30pm)
Donated snacks will be provided to the band, feel free to send the snacks in Wednesday evening.
Water is something we always need.
Buses will Depart KHS around 4:45
Game will end around 9:15/9:30
