4:00 PM - Load
5:00 PM - Depart
5:45 PM - Arrive / unload / dress / set stands / warm-up
6:45 PM - Oxford performs pregame
7:00 PM - Kickoff
8:15 PM (appx) - Halftime performance

Saturday - Competition at Unionville HS
4:10 PM - Report
4:15 PM - Light Rehearsal DO field (stadium if available.)
5:30 PM - Eat/Pack/Load
6:35 PM - Depart
6:55 PM - Arrive/unload/dress
7:20 PM - Warmup
8:20 PM - Travel to Gate
8:30 PM - Gate
8:45 PM - Performance
9:30 PM - Host Band Performs
