Week of Aug 22 Schedule

Monday - Rehearsal
9:00 AM - Final uniform fitting for those who still don't have a uniform, at KHS!!!
3:00 PM to 8:00 PM - Rehearsal
5:15 PM to 6:00 PM - Dinner

Tuesday - Rehearsal
3:00 PM to 8:00 PM - Rehearsal
5:15 PM to 6:00 PM - Dinner

Wednesday - Rehearsal
3:00 PM to 8:00 PM - Rehearsal
8:00 PM - Drum Line / Sousaphones loaded into White Box Truck for Thursday performance
5:15 PM to 6:00 PM - Dinner

Thursday - Show Day
8:30 AM - Drum Line / Horn Line Report to KHS for faculty performance - no guard or pit!
8:45 AM - Dress / Warmup  This is a uniformed performance.  You will need uniform jacket/pants/gauntlets.  LONG BLACK SOCKS.  Drill master shoes if yours have arrived.  If they have not, you will perform in socks.
9:25 AM - Lined up in hallway
Approx 9:30 AM - Perform in Auditorium for faculty
10:00 AM - Drum Line / Sousaphones loaded back into white truck - finished.
... later on Thursday afternoon ...
3:00 PM to 5:25 PM - Rehearsal
5:25 PM to 5:50 PM - Snack / Dress for Friends and Family show.  "Uniform" for performance will be this year's band shirt (to be distributed over snack)
5:50 PM - Warmup
6:25 PM - Gate
6:30 PM - Perform

Friday - Rehearsal and Show Day
8:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Rehearsal
12:00 PM to 12:45 PM - Lunch
12:45 PM to 2:00 PM - Rehearsal
2:00 PM - EPL - Eat (provided by Friends of Music) / Pack / Load.  This is your time to be get everything you need ready for the show!
4:40 PM - Depart KMS for Avon Grove High School
5:10 PM - Arrive at AG HS
6:35 PM - Gate
6:40 PM - Perform to home stands at AG HS
7:00 PM - Kickoff
9:30 PM - Approx end of game
10:15 PM - Approx arrival back to KHS
