Week of 9/24 and Homecoming Schedule

Monday / Wednesday
Rehearsal will be on the lower field with ensemble ending at sundown due to other night games in the stadium.  After sunset, we will go to sectionals.  With the threat of rain on both nights sectionals may be inside.  On the plus side, we have known about these stadium conflicts since last year and if it is has to rain on a rehearsal, these are the ones that we can afford to have rained out.

Friday
Before school - Pep band (limited) through the halls.  Nate and Avery will invite you to be a part of this.  We try to limit it to seniors.

Pep Rally:
1:31 PM - report to band room and move directly to stadium with instruments.
They will use recorded music for the students/teams entrances.
We have been asked to provide exit music and possibly fill in some of the dead space.  There may be tunes we start and then stop shorter than normal.  Hey song, 1000 dances, opening of crazy train, Respect, etc...

5:00 PM - Report
Preset home bleachers, dress, set props - frames for props will already be in the stadium
5:40 PM - Set parade block
6:00 PM - Parade step off
6:25 PM? - Parade returns to KHS - band moves to stadium
6:40 PM - Great Valley band plays pregame????
6:57 PM - Anthem
7:00 PM - Kickoff
8:15 approx - Head to Spain
Post show - Pit clears, front screens clear, backdrops clear - all else form an arc 40 to 40 yard line behind homecoming court.
