6:00 PM to 8:30 PM - Rehearsal

Friday
PLEASE NOTE: The away game at Rustin previously scheduled for this Friday has been moved to Saturday.  We just received notification this morning.
2:35 PM - End of school/snack (bring your own or walk into town)
3:30 PM - 6:30 PM - Rehearsal on DO field
6:30 PM - Load truck and trailer

Saturday - Away Game at Rustin HS; Competition at Marple Newtown HS
We are attending the game as a pep band.  We will be in uniform, but will not perform our show.
11:15 AM - Report
11:25 AM - In Seats
11:30 AM - Depart
12:15 PM - Arrive at Rustin
12:50 PM - In Stands
1:00 PM - Kickoff
3:45 PM - Approximate end of game.
4:45 PM - Approximate arrival at Marple Newtown High School
Dinner - Concession stand should be ready at 4:30.  You should plan to bring money so that you can grab dinner there.
6:45 PM - First band performs
8:00 PM - report to trailer/unload/dress
8:25 PM - Warmup
9:05 PM - Pit to gate
9:10 PM - Gate
9:15 PM - Perform
9:45 PM - Awards
11:15 PM - Approximate arrival back at KHS
