This is going to be a very busy week, please be patient and pay very close attention to everyday.

Monday, August 22
7:30 Faculty Performance in FULL UNIFORM (for musicians, guard please wear blue shirts, shorts, and comfortable shoes)
10:00 Pick-Up at Kennett High School

Rehearsal at KENNETT MIDDLE SCHOOL
1:00 NO SECTIONAL TIME HAS BEEN RESERVED; you all have the time off)

Monday is expected to be wet, come prepared.  We have inside space in the event of a thunderstorm so regardless of the weather, you must report for camp.
Arrive 4:00-4:20
4:30 Sectional Time
5:30 Quick Dinner
6:00 Visual Rehearsal
7:00 Ensemble Rehearsal
7:50 Run
8:30 Pick-Up (the pick-up is 8:30 because it takes time to clean up after camp)

Tuesday, August 23
Rehearsal at Kennett Middle School
1:00 Color Guard Main Field with Jen and company on Field 1
1:00 Front Ensemble with Andrew in the band room
3:00 Drumline with Mr. Tuk and TJ under the tree
3:00 Woodwinds with Mr. Whisler and Alex in the Library
No sectional time for brass on Tuesday, work on your music at home.

4:30 Sectional Time
5:30 Quick Dinner
6:00 Visual Rehearsal
7:00 Ensemble Rehearsal
7:50 Run
8:30 Pick-Up (the pick-up is 8:30 because it takes time to clean up after camp)

Wednesday, August 24
Rehearsal at Kennett Middle School
3:00ish Drumline TBD at the moment
3:50 Load the Box Truck and Carpool to Kennett High School

Kennett High School Open House (ugh)
Dr. DeAngelis has requested that we perform on the steps for Open House.
Arrive at KENNETT HIGH SCHOOL at 4:30, we will meet on the front steps.
4:50 Perform various stand tunes while people enter the building
5:30 Load Box Truck and carpool back to Kennett Middle School (if you need to stay for Open House let me know)

Please find time to eat between 5:30 and 6:30

Thursday, August 25
Rehearsal at Kennett Middle School (LAST DAY OF CAMP)
1:00 Color Guard with Jen and company on Field 1
3:00 Drumline with Mr. Tuk and TJ under a tree
3:00 Brass with Alex and Mr. Whisler in the Cafeteria
No Sectional Time for Front Ensemble and Woodwinds, work on your music at home.

6:00 Ensemble
7:00 Run (this is a friends and family performance; the public is free to attend our final camp run-through)
7:15 Move-Out of Kennett Middle School

Friday, August 26th
Away football game vs. Upper Dublin High School in Fort Washington, PA. (800 Loch Alsh Ave, Fort Washington, PA 19034)

This is a Pep Band event.  We will not be bringing the full production to Fort Washington.  With this being said, your only required uniform is spirit wear.  A Kennett t-shirt and shorts with comfortable shoes is ideal.  The show shirts will not be ready.  All members of the band are expected to attend football games unless their assigned staff would like to use the time to rehearse at Kennett High School.

Arrive 3:00 - 3:30
3:40 Load Box Truck
3:50 Load Buses (make sure you have snacks or money for concessions)
4:00 Depart for Upper Dublin High School
6:00 Arrive at Upper Dublin High School
7:05 Kick-Off
Half Time we will watch the UDHS Band
3rd Quarter to 2:00 minutes remaining you get a break.
9:30-10:00 End of Game
10:00 Load Box Truck
10:30 Depart UDHS

11:30pm - 12:00am is the estimated return to Kennett High School (I know it's late, this isn't optional)
