We send out a massive amount of information before and during the season.  It is therefore the responsibility of every student and parent to make sure they are receiving our communications.  We use the following methods to keep you fully informed:

Email Group:
Email is our primary form of communication, and as such, all students and parents must sign up for our email group.

Text Message (SMS) Alerts:
Text alerts are optional but strongly encouraged.  We frequently use text alerts for time-critical information when the band is at away games or competitions.
