Friday & Saturday Schedule Update

Friday
Rehearsal after school (weather permitting)
Travel to Penn Wood High School for playoff game.  We *WILL NOT* be performing the show.  We will be attending as a giant pep band (regardless of weather).
4:45 Report - Uniform anything warm and dry.  Pants; no shorts, preferably jeans or black pants.  We will be bringing foul weather gear.
5:10 Depart for Game vs. Penn Wood High School.

IMPORTANT:
The game is being played at Kerr Field in Yeadon PA.  It *IS NOT* being played on the field at Penn Wood High School.
This stadium is only a few miles past their high school, but a few miles in Delco on a Friday night can add up to 20 minutes extra travel time.

We will likely be bringing foul weather gear.  If the conditions look to be poor, we will probably attend the game but not wear our uniforms.  The foul weather gear will serve as uniform.  Please plan accordingly and expect further direction/clarification at rehearsal tonight.

If the weather is so bad on Friday afternoon that we cannot even load the trailer, we will have to com in a little early on Saturday to make that happen.

4:15 Report to KHS - I will be there earlier if you need to polish horns but most of the equipment will already be loaded.
5:30 Depart
7:00 Arrive at Gov. Mifflin    dress/props/unload
8:15 leave warmup
8:30 Gate
8:45 Espana
9:00 Governor Mifflin Performs
9:15 Awards
