Monday / Wednesday: Rehearsal in the stadium

Friday 11/6: Away Game at Great Valley High School
KHS Plays Halftime
3:45 PM - Report and load
4:40 PM - Depart for GVHS
5:45 PM - Arrive at GVHS unload/build/dress/warm-up
6:35 PM - in stadium to watch GV perform pregame
7:00 PM: - Kickoff
7:45 PM - approx - KHS Plays final Halftime show
*** GVHS will be doing senior band recognition before or after we perform***
9:45 PM - approx arrival at KHS

Saturday 11/7: Competition at Governor Mifflin High School
2:45 PM - Report
2:55 PM - light rehearsal on DO field
3:55 PM - Eat/Pack/Load
4:45 PM - Depart
6:15 PM - Arrival at Governor Mifflin (yes it might be 90 minutes of travel!)
7:20 PM - Warmup
8:20 PM - Move to Gate
8:30 PM - Gate
8:45 PM - Performance
9:00 PM - Host Band Performs
9:15 PM - Towson University Band Performs!!!!!
9:30 PM - Awards
10:00 PM - Depart for KHS
11:30 PM - approx arrival at KHS

Saturday is going to be long, so please pack extra food and beverages.
