2022 Finals Schedule: Saturday, Nov. 12

We will not be rehearsing in the morning.  The weather is supposed to be unpleasant in the morning and clear up by the afternoon.  I appreciate your patience with this process.  Cavalcade of Bands decides performance times based up a random drawing.  We knew we were performing in the afternoon, just not exactly when.  Last night we sound out that in Yankee A, Kennett will be going on second.  Our division starts at 3:00.  We go on at 3:15.  There are eight other bands in our division.

10:00 Pack and Load (it's a 2 hour bus ride, you can do makeup etc. on the bus)  You also do not need to travel in halves.  You can change when we arrive at Hershey.
11:00 Depart
1:00 Arrive at Hershey
- Restrooms, Uniforms, Unload, Etc.
1:30 Parent Volunteers with Props (if you are helping at Hershey, you might need to stand on a prop to prevent the props from injuring our students).  The props will be staged outside of the stadium along the fence, you really can't miss them.
1:45 Head to Warm-Up
2:00 Warmup
2:45 Depart for Gate
3:00 Gate
3:15 Final Performance of "Mercury Rising"
3:40 Return to buses to load and change
4:15 Return to Stadium for the last few bands in our division
5:30 Scores
6:00 Return to Buses
6:15 Hershey Park Gift Shop
7:00 Depart Hershey
9:00 Arrive at Kennett
9:30 Pickup

It's going to be a busy day.
